You can try mapping the X1 or X2 keys to keyboard buttons and test if it works in a text editor. What’s more, the red light under the mouse which is used to track position does not turn on in any configuration, including wired. As far as I understand, this mouse does not have non-standard additional buttons besides RMB, LMB, X1,X2 and the wheel, and all of them must be remapped in reWASD. After assigning the actions the side buttons will work even if you have. Select the first side button and go to advanced settings, activate the option titled Retain Original key Output and repeat the same process for the 2nd side button on your Corsair Harpoon. Is it toast? I used it well within normal use so not sure what component could have gone so that the mouse turns on but does not function. From the mouse settings, open up the actions bar and then create a new action. I tried to reset the mouse by pressing the RMB and LMB for a few. The cursor was moving up by itself and no matter how much i tried to clean the sensor or move the mouse the cursor didn't move an inch. Was asked to update drivers, and had big problems. I bought yesterday night the harpoon rgb pro mouse, i plugged it in and it lit up, the buttons were working fine but the tracking wasn't working. How can this be solved The problem started with me uninstalling iCue 3.X and installing iCue 4.X. The dongle works fine in all other USB ports. It is only the dongle that is not working. I can however follow the reset procedure by plugging the mouse in the computer whilst holding the two action buttons, to which the mouse will flash white 5 times before returning to cycling through all the colors. My mouse is not working on a spesific USB 2.0 port. Whilst being wired, I can’t see the device in device manager or in the iCue software (updated to latest version). It doesn’t event go into charging mode, and the mouse does not work in the wired configuration either. the curvature on the sides and its structure - on the left side it perfectly holds the thumb and. coating - rough, resists, sweat-resistant, structure resembles water-based sandpaper, when you put your fingers back on it, they wont slide off and wont slip. The same happens if I go into 2.4GHz mode, and even more worrying: the exact same behaviour is shown when I use the Corsair USB cable to connect the mouse directly to my computer. shell - very well made, no imperfections. Thinking I’d need to pair them again, I’ve simply followed the procedure to put the mouse into pairing mode by holding down the DPI cycle button whilst turning the mouse on in BT mode, but the mouse does not enter pairing mode and the LEDs simply cycle through all colors. I’ve been using the Corsair Harpoon RGB mouse for about 6 months, and yesterday I was unable to use it with my laptop over Bluetooth (even though I used to often and both devices were paired recently).
